How YallaDM works.

Set it up once, in three steps. After that, every comment with your word goes through the same five, in the same order.

    Connect Instagram

    Through Meta's own login, on your own account. You never share a password with YallaDM.

  2. 2

    Pick a post or a keyword

    Then write the messages, with a live phone preview beside them. Or ask Claude to draft them for you.

  3. 3

    Go live

    The dashboard asks first, and tells you how many comments are already waiting to be answered.

Delivery

Three ways the link arrives.

Instant link

The first message carries your link. Nothing to tap. On a Facebook Page this is how it works: the link arrives straight away, in Messenger.

Tap a button

The first message has a button that says what they get. One tap and the link comes over. On a computer, where Instagram shows no button, a reply to the message works too.

Follow check

Instagram only. When they tap, YallaDM asks Instagram whether they follow you. If not yet, it asks them to, up to three times, and the last ask hands the link over anyway.

    Someone comments your keyword.

    sara.bakes writes “guide please!” under your post. YallaDM finds the word anywhere in the comment and ignores @mentions. One post, or a keyword on any post.

    YallaDM sends the DM first.

    A private message lands in her message requests, before anything is said in public. Here it carries a button that says what she gets.

    Then the public reply tells her to look.

    Only once the DM has landed does YallaDM answer her comment, in English or Arabic, and it always mentions message requests. If the DM did not land, nothing is posted.

    She taps. Instagram confirms she follows.

    With the follow check on, YallaDM asks Instagram, live, whether she follows you. If she does not yet, it asks her to, up to three times.

When a post takes off

Busy posts wait in line. Nothing is dropped.

750 an hour

Meta allows each account 750 private replies an hour. Past that, the rest wait in line and go out as the hour allows.

7 days back

Catch-up answers comments missed in the last 7 days, like the ones already on a post when you go live.

From the comment

The 7 day window counts from when the comment was made, not from when YallaDM saw it, because that is how Meta counts it.
